一、政治思想方面：

认真领悟关于“三个代表”的重要思想，领悟贯彻xx大精神，用心开展医疗质量管理效益年活动，坚持以病人为中心，以质量为核心的护理服务理念，适应卫生改革，社会发展的新形势，用心参加一切政治活动，以服务人民奉献社会为宗旨，以病人满意为标准，全心全意为人民服务。

1职尽责，搞好护理工作。俗话说：“三分治疗，七分护理”，经过20多年的护理工作实践，我越来越感觉出护理工作的重要性。在日常工作中，我坚持着装整洁大方，用语礼貌规范，态度和蔼，礼貌待患。严格遵守医德规范和操作规程，认真书写护理记录，千方百计减少病人的痛苦，安安全全做好自我的工作。无论是职工家属，还是地方患者，我都坚持视病人如亲人，做到态度好、话语亲、动作柔，耐心回答病人及其家属关于病情的咨询，以及家庭治疗、保健方面的注意事项等，没有发生一齐与病人的言语冲突，没有发生一齐因服务态度、服务效率、服务质量等问题引发的纠纷，受到病人及其家属的一致好评。

二、规范护理工作制度：

深化卫生改革，执行新的医疗事故处理条例。我院推行综合目标管理职责制，开展医疗质量管理效益年活动等新的形势，对护理工作提出了更高的要求，因而护理部认真组织领悟新条例，领悟护士管理办法，严格执行非注册护士执业，根据精神卫生中心，泰安人民医院、洛阳人民医院等经验，结合我院实际，重新完善修定护理工作制度23项，明确各级各班护士岗位职责25种，规范护理操作规程17项，并修定了护士长、护士质量考核标准，整体护理质量考核标准（办公室、质检科、总务科等给了很大支持），使护理工作有章可循、有法可依，逐步使护理工作制度化、标准化、规范化、科学化管理。

三、增强法律意识，认真领悟《医疗事故处理条例》及其法律法规

两次参加领悟班，并用心参于医院组织的医疗事故修理条例培训授课工作，多次组织护士长及护理人员领悟，让护理人员意识到，社会主义市场经济体制的建立，法律制度日益完善，人民群众法制观念不断增强，依法办事、依法维护自身的合法权益已成为人们的共识，现代护理质量观念是全方位、全过程的让病人满意，这是人们对医疗护理服务提出更高、更新的需求，因而丰富法律知识，增强安全保护意识，使护理人员懂法、用法，依法减少医疗事故的发生。

四、发奋作好医院感染管理工作。

在我院没设感染科之前，护理部对护理工作方面能够做到的尽量做到，严格消毒、灭菌、隔离措施的落实，狠抓了护理人员的无菌技术操作，注射做到一人一针一管一带。狠抓了手术室、供应室、消毒灭菌环节的管理和监测，对各科室的治疗室、换药室等每月空气培养一次。严格了一次性医疗用品的管理，一次性无菌注射器、输血、输液器等用后，消毒、毁形、焚烧有专人管理，有登记，护理部每季度对全院各科室紫外线灯管强度进行监测有记录，对不合格的停止使用，降低了医原性感染。

五、加强业务领悟，发奋提高护理队伍素质。

3、加强业务领悟，护理部每月组织业务讲座共计36学时，护士长用心认真授课，获得了满意的效果，科室坚持每月一次业务领悟，每周一题晨会提问，坚持危重病人护理查房，加强护理人员三基训练，组织2次技术操作考试，均取得优异的成绩，合格率达100%。

4、选派护理人员外出进修共4人，护士长3次参加领悟班共计22人次。

5、鼓励在职护理人员参加护理大专领悟，现专科毕业58人，本科领悟的22人，提高了整体水平。

6、在护士长的带动下，护师以上的人员不断归纳经验，用心撰写论文，不完全统计，共撰写论文36篇，分别在省、市级杂志上发表及学术会议上交流21篇。

六、加强护理质量管理，提高护理优质高效服务。

I have been reading a book for many days. The books name is CAT AND MOUSE IN A HAUNTED HOUSE. It is telling about Geronimo Stilton who is a newspaper mouse who runs newspaper in New Mouse City—the capital of Mouse island.

On one night of October, he decided to visit his aunt, Sweetfur. But he got lost when he was driving through the Dark Forest because of the foggy. Then his car was out of gas. He thought “I wish I was at home”。

Suddenly there was a lightning in the sky and he saw a big castle. When he walked closer to the front door, he saw two stone cats and a sign that says: To Canny Cat’s castle. The door bell was in one stone cat’s mouth. When Geronimo was deciding to go into the castle, it starts to rain, so he went into the castle……

At last Geronimo’s sister, little nephew Benjamin and his cousin Trap all came and helped him find out all of two little cat. They don’t want others to come into the castle because the castle is their ancestor Canny Cat’s. So they make many tricks.

After reading this story, I think it’s very interesting, and I had a lot of fun. My favorite character is Geronimo’s nephew Benjamin. Because he is very cute and clever, he always observes every detail. He found out the foot prink on the floor and the nail on the wall. In the story it shows Geronimo is a very timid mouse that always scared himself.

I like this story very much, so I’ll still read more this set of book.

3、司法所规范化建设稳步推进。以落实司法所直接管理为目标，认真贯彻省、市委《关于创建规范化司法所工作的意见》精神，及时制定了实施方案，积极向县委、县政府汇报，加强沟通协调，为实现司法所直接管理做了大量前期准备工作。进一步规范司法所业务，将人民调解、法制宣传、法律服务、安置帮教、“148”法律服务热线、法律援助等各项工作整合在一起，形成基层司法行政工作的综合平台。司法所办公用房项目建设进展顺利，截止目前，新建成司法所x个，正在开工建设x个，累计争取项目资金xx万元。

4、大力开展矛盾纠纷集中排查调处活动。加强人民调解组织建设，完善人民调解网络，建立司法助理员例会、矛盾纠纷月专报等制度，探索建立健全预警、排查、联调、处置四个机制，制定调处重大疑难和群体性矛盾纠纷的应急预案，前9个月，共排查各类矛盾纠纷起，调处成功起，调处成功率达%。认真抓好刑释解教人员的安置帮教工作，切实做好衔接工作和安置工作，预防和减少重新犯罪。对XX年以来的刑释解教人员进行调查核实，做到了底子清、去向明。今年共接受刑释解教人员xx名，全部妥善安置，无重新违法犯罪，有力地维护了全县社会稳定。

二、存在的问题及明年工作打算

～年司法行政系统综治工作虽然取得了一定的成绩，但也存在一些不容忽视的矛盾和问题，需要在今后的工作中加以克服和解决。主要表现在：一是队伍整体素质不高的问题还未得到根本解决；二是普法教育和依法治县工作体制、机制还不够完善；三是矛盾纠

纷的排查调处工作有待进一步加强，高效、便捷和成本低廉的防范、化解社会矛盾的机制尚未完全形成，群众上访问题还比较突出；四是法律服务职能作用尚未得到充分发挥；五是经费不足、装备落后问题仍很突出。这些问题的存在，在一定程度上制约了司法行政系统综治工作的扎实开展。

2、加大民生投入力度。一是加大教育投入力度。XX年投入“两免一补”资金*万元，大幅提高农村小学生生均公用经费标准和提高农村中小学校舍维修改造补助标准。其中农村小学生生均公用经费标准由每生每年160元提高到230元，农村初中生由每生每年250元提高到375元；农村中小学校舍维修改造补助标准由每平米400元提高到500元。二是认真落实强农惠农补贴政策。全年全市兑付粮食直补资金*万元，15.16万农户直接受益，其中粮食直补标准较去年每亩增加0.34元，综合直补标准较去年每亩增加33.26元；认真落实“家电下乡”产品财政补贴政策，全年全市共发放家电下乡补贴资金**万元，**户农户享受到了按家电销售价格13%的财政补贴；落实能繁母猪保险保费补贴政策，支持生猪生产，全年全市共拔付补贴资金万元。三是提高社会保障水平。不断加大社会保障投入，全力推进城乡居民医疗保险和养老保险改革，提高城乡居民最低生活保障标准，改善居民消费预期，增加消费需求。其中：城市低保支出万，农村低保支出万，新农合支出*万元，安居工程支出*万元，为实现我市居民“老有所养、老有所医、老有所居”提供了坚实财力支撑。四是落实再就财政扶持政策，推进再就业工作开展。我们通过强化职业技能培训，转变培训模式，开发公益性岗位，积极营造全民创业氛围。XX年，举办公益性培训2期，创业培训8期，农民工培训班23班，培训人员共3945人。全年开发公益性岗位1122个，发放公益性岗位补贴*万元。发放小额贷款263笔，贷款*万元，财政贴息**万元，促进全民创业。五是落实石油价格补贴政策。为维护社会稳定，我们继续对社会公益性行业和部分弱势群体给与油价补贴，全年石油价格财政补贴资金*万元。

（三）加大融资力度，融资工作实现了新突破。今年，我们积极应对国家宏观调控不利局面，努力克服货币政策紧缩、政府性贷款限制较多、担保企业难找和贷款平台负债率高等困难，广开门路，想方设法，多渠道筹集建设资金。全年累计融资亿元，不仅确保了资金链条完整，维护了政府信誉，还保证了市定重点工程的顺利开展。同时，我们积极加强与上级财政部门联系，主动研究政策，做好项目申报工作，以好的项目争取更多的资金。全年共向省厅争取专项补助和转移支付亿元，同比增加*万元。向郑州市争取资金渠道也已基本顺畅，全年累计争取专项补助*万元，有力支持了我市各项社会事业的发展。此外，为解决财政资金供不应求问题，我们想方设法从省厅超借现金，全年累计超借现金亿元，超借额度超过部分困难省辖市向省厅的借款额度，在全市财政资金供求矛盾十分突出的情况下，有效解决了财政资金压力，确保了财政预算的顺利执行。

（四）加强财政监管，提高财政资金使用效益。强化“节支就是增收”理念，深化财政改革，加强财政监督，努力提高财政资金使用效益。一是集中支付从服务单位，服务财政出发，按照有关制度和规定，从源头上预防单位滥用乱支行为，促进了廉政建设。一年来，通过审核监督，共剔除退回各类不合规单据875份，金额*万元；拒付违规支出起，累计金额达**万元。二是完善政府采购制度，扩大政府采购范围和规模，大力实施节能采购，充分发挥政府采购的集约型效益。全年共举行政府采购公开、邀请招标活动次，询价采购次，政府采购金额达亿元，节约资金万元，节约率达%。三是加强基建项目投资评审工作，补充完善了《巩义市政府投资项目监督管理办法》，进一步规范基建工程的招投标程序和办法，参与项目前期论证，加强项目实施监管，用最少的钱办最多的事。全年共审查工程项目个，审减不合理投资万，审减率达%。四是进一步规范财政专项资金审批程序，加强项目评审立项工作，财政监督关口前移。建立了财政资金拨付的“集体研究”和“跟踪问效”机制，专项资金的管理和使用更加规范。五是改革公务用车配置和编制管理办法，出台《**市党政机关事业单位公务小汽车定编配备和使用管理办法》，有效杜绝超配、超编小汽车风气，制止讲排场、比阔气、乱花钱行为。六是加强财政监督。5月份，按照省、市要求，在全市开展政府采购执行情况专项检查，进一步提高行政事业单位的政府采购意识。组织人员分别对10个镇和8个企事业单位的现金管理、财政经费、会计基础等工作进行抽查，对城乡低保、扶贫救灾等专项资金发放使用情况进行了全面检查，严肃了财经纪律。七是稳步推进农村普及九年义务教育债务的清理化解工作，通过各相关部门的共同努力和积极配合，目前已基本完成相关债务的最后核实和锁定。

二、存在的问题

今年以来，尽管我们取得了一些成绩，财政收入持续增长，支出结构进一步优化，各项惠农惠民政策全面得到落实，但工作中还存在一些困难和不足。一是主体税种增速趋缓，税收收入压力大。二是非税收入基数较大，缺乏新的收入增长点。三是刚性支出不断加大，收支矛盾突出，财政收入增量部分远远不能满足支出需要，重点工程资金缺口尤其大。四是融资形势严峻，偿还贷款本息压力大。五是财政改革步伐有待进一步加强，改革的深度、广度和彻底性方面仍有可发展空间。

三、XX年工作打算

XX年，我们将继续按照“抓收入、强融资、保支出、严管理、强队伍、求创新”的思路，围绕“建一流队伍、树一流形象、创一流业绩”的奋斗目标，大力组织收入，合理安排支出，积极推进改革，不断规范管理，强化学习，转变作风，求真务实，负重前进，为促进全市经济社会各项事业的健康发展做出新的贡献。

1、加强收入征管，增强地方财政实力。全面贯彻“加强征管，堵塞漏洞，清缴欠税，惩治腐败”的治税方针，严格依法治税，确保应收尽收。一是强力推进税源经济体系建设，健全财政经济形势联合分析机制，积极开展税源调查，掌握税源分布和增减变动情况，抓住重点税源，管好零星税源，确保应收尽收。二是以税收专项整治为切入口，加强对重点税源及中小企业的税收监控，对分析选定的重点行业，实施拉网式排查，严厉打击偷逃税行为，堵塞征管漏洞。三是完善代扣税制度，明确责任，奖罚分明。对未履行代扣代缴职责，造成税款流失的单位和个人，按照有关法律规定给予处理。四是建立重点企业纳税公示制度。定期对重点企业的销售收入、利润、纳税和税负情况进行公示，接受社会监督。五是加强非税收入管理，发挥非税收入网络平台监控作用，加大未出让土地挂牌出让力度，加大已出让土地欠款催缴力度，保证土地经营收益及时足额入户，增强政府宏观调控能力。六是建立行政事业单位国有资产管理信息档案，规范资产配置、使用和处置等行为，提高资产经营收益。

2、优化支出结构，确保重点支出需要。坚决贯彻“一要吃饭，二要建设，三要科学发展”的理财方针，合理调整支出结构，明确支出保障次序，保工资，保运转，保稳定，保重点。一是继续坚持勤俭节约和“有保有压”的原则，严格控制一般性支出增长和各种预算追加，确保党政机关的正常运转。二是坚持优先保障民生支出的原则，加大教育、农业、卫生、社会保障等事业投入力度，确保市定各项重点工程及工作的顺利开展。三是严格执行人大批准的财政收支预算，增强预算执行的透明度和约束力。四是进一步细化部门预算，将专项支出尽可能细化到具体项目和单位，为加快支出进度创造条件。

3、加强融资工作，确保资金链条不出问题。一是积极探索新的融资方式，创新融资办法，进一步拓宽融资渠道，努力破解融资难题。二是积极和省内外银信部门联系，广开融资门路，在负债规模总量稳定的基础上做好贷款本金的归还和再贷款工作，确保到期贷款本息能及时偿付。三是加快现有融资平台的整合，进一步发挥“国有资产管理投资公司”、“杜甫故里旅游发展公司”和“康百万庄园旅游发展公司”等新的融资平台作用，积极探索筹资模式，努力扩大筹资规模，多渠道、多门路地搞好融资工作，保证资金链条衔接到位。

4、强化财政监管力度，管好“钱袋子”，不断提高理财水平。一是要继续扩大国库集中支付改革范围，做好行政事业单位公务卡改革的前期准备工作。二是要加大推进财政投资评审和绩效评价工作力度，将涉及民生的重大支出纳入政府采购范围，对重点项目实行先评审后拨付资金的管理办法，提高财政理财的科学性。三是严格规范资金管理，前移监督关口，健全财政资金运行全程监督机制，开展涉及民生资金的专项检查，扩大农口资金县级报账制范围，确保各项惠民惠农政策落实到位，起到实效。四是加强国有资产管理，组织中介机构对市属国有及国有控股企业进行评估，澄清国企家底，防止国有资产流失。五是健全财政政务公开制度，自觉接受人大、政协和社会各方面的监督，不断提高财政理财水平。

在活动初期，我们物流管理专业开展了“如何学好专业课？”学生互动交流论坛、观看《大国崛起》和《公司的力量》、与导师互动学习交流、学生与专业老师问答交流、“商贸流通企业经营管理实践”讲座、参观太原钢铁集团、社会实践交流讨论汇报等一系列活动。

在“如何学好专业课？”学生互动交流论坛上，已考上中山大学博士的宋泾溧学姐与学生探讨了如何学习专业课与考研，她强调专业课的学习应该积极拓展知识面，增加兴趣，在平时努力学习，认真对待考试。对于考研，她表示考研贵在坚持，数学英语要尽早准备，并分享了自己的考研经历，使学生受益匪浅。

已在我校参加工作的张雨学长与学生探讨了专业知识与社会实践的种种关系，根据自己的实践经验他提出了以下几点建议：1、多参加社会实践，从实践中培养兴趣；2、把理论运用于实践比学习科学理论更重要；3、学会站在未来看现在，多角度看待问题；4、能吃苦，有意志力。他以自己丰富的知识、开阔的视野，侃侃而谈，得到同学们的阵阵掌声。

观看《大国崛起》是以学生与导师互动学习交流的这种形式来进行的。组织学生观看影片，了解世界强国的崛起之路，领略大国风采。在观看中同学们与导师互动交流，讨论着纪录片中提到的各种应用于兴国的理论与方法，导师耐心详细的讲解与纪录片中的时代背景相结合，使我们记忆深刻。在互动中，讨论气氛热烈洋溢，老师与学生的关系更加融洽，学生的积极性被充分的调动起来。

在学生积极性被充分调动起来的情况下，又开展了学生与专业老师问答交流活动。在交流中，同学们就自己比较关心的物流热门问题与老师交流互换意见，同时也提出了自己在学习生活中遇到的问题，同老师咨询探讨，并得到了老师耐心详细的回答。老师们像母亲一样，激励我们问问题，并替同学们出谋划策，为同学们解决了很多在课堂上不便提出的问题。

A Book Report of The Black Tulip

I have recently read the simplified version of The Black Tulip published by Shanghai Translation Press. This novel was written by the distinguished French writer Alexandre Dumas Pere, the pioneer of the Romanticism Literature Movement in France. He was so popular that his works had been translated into several languages and welcomed by readers all over the world.

This novel took 17th century Dutch bourgeois revolutionary period of intense political struggle and the turbulent life as its background.

This gist of the story is as follows. The leading role Cornelius is a young doctor who completely doesn’t inquire about politics. He loves growing tulips and is trying to cultivate a black tulip without any other color on it at all. In order to obtain the considerable bonus offered by the government to the first man who cultivates the very kind of black tulip, Boxtel, Cornelius’

neighbor, tries to destroy and steal the bulbs of Cornelius, even kill him. Fortunately, Cornelius in the prison gets acquainted with the prison-keeper’s daughter Rosa and they fall in love. Under Rosa’s help, Cornelius realized his dream and achieves happiness at last.

It’s firmly believed by some people that when you become rich and successful, happiness will naturally follow. After reading this novel, I believe that nothing is further from the truth. To my mind, the secret to happiness lies in your successful work, in your contribution towards others’ happiness and in your wealth you have earned through your own honest efforts.

Firstly, in order to obtain happiness, you should achieve your successful work, in order to achieve your successful work, you should go through thick and thin. As the writer said, “those who have suffered much, have a right to be happy.” Take the two leading characters for example. They eventually reach happiness after suffering a lot both psychologically and physiologically. Jane Austen's novel Pride and Prejudice is a lighthearted tale of love and marriage in eighteenth-century England. It centers on the elder sisters of the Bennet family, Jane and Elizabeth. Their personalities, misunderstandings and the roles of pride and prejudice play a lavishing story. This story is told from third point of view. From my perspective Jane Austen wanted to convey love wins over prejudice and to not just take in the saying of first impression but to look in the person's character deeper. Jane Austin was born in 1775 in Stevenson, Hampshire. Her family wasn't rich but managed to give her a decent education. She was the seventh of eight children of her father, a clergyman. Like other young women of her social class, Jane and her sister Cassandra were educated mostly at home in subjects of music, drawing, painting, needlework, and social behavior. Her father's encouragement and her own enjoyment in reading led Jane to became very well read. At fourteen she began to write little plays for home theatricals. She also wrote nonsense story's to entertain her family. Jane would spend the majority of the evening in the corner of the room with her manuscript and blotter observing the world surrounding her. She would write when the room was quiet and if she were interrupted, she would cover her manuscript with a blotter and continued when the room was silent again. Before Jane Austen died of cancer in 1817 at Winchester, she had already published six successful novels: Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, Northanger Abbey, Mansfield Park, Emma, and Persuasion, respectively. Jane Austen is now buried in the ancient cathedral in Winchester of her native Hampshire. Pride and Prejudice lets you travel through lives back then but also she portrays the lives of modern days. You can read it and you might be able to recall some parts of the book as your life, but in a different time period
